DEAN'S College Hotel
DEAN'S College Hotel is the top class privately built student accommodation (PBSA) in Budapest, offering medium- and short- term accommodation for international students and tourists.
The development is the first large-scale, privately owned, purpose-built student hotel in Hungary, with 418 single bed en-suite apartments. With its excellent location, right next to Semmelweis University and only two metro stops away from downtown, DEAN'S College Hotel provides a unique living community. The hall has been designed to meet a wide range of student activities. It offers high quality well equipped bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and kitchenette; and community facilities that include gym, study rooms, video rooms, roof terrace as well as a coffee shop, restaurant and bars. Part of the project is a passage on the ground floor of the building that forms a pleasant pedestrian link between the campus and the metro stop through a 1.500 sq m park.
The Forestay Group is the owner of the building with a group of domestic and international, institutional and residential investors, offering EUR investment opportunities with predictable returns.
The project developer is the Hungarian Forestay Development. The owner of the property is Forestay Studenthotel I. Investment Fund. The building is operated by Forestay Group.
Moxy Budapest Downtown
Moxy Budapest Downtown will sit ideally on Kazinczy street, at the center of the bustling nightlife and entertainment district of Budapest. Several cultural attractions are within a short walking distance, including the Opera House, St. Stephen’s Basilica and Gozsdu Passage. Construction is predicted to begin this autumn, with the opening expected in 2025. Marriott International and Forestay Group agreed to debut the fun and stylish Moxy Hotels brand in Hungary. Moxy Budapest Downtown will mesh well with the urban vibe of the area and will be a great addition to the hotel market, as such concept is currently missing from Budapest.

Lévay utca 4/B. társasház
The Lévay 4 Project sets a new standard in the premium residential market in Budapest. Millenáris Office Building Modern
Millenáris Office Building Modern, built in 2009, is located in Budapest next to Millenáris Park and houses offices from the 2nd to the 5th floor. The refurbishment of the three levels of the office building started in 2018 alongside with the preparations for the repair works of the façade.
Throughout the project, Forestay Project Management provides full project management and technical inspection services for the European Parliament regarding both works.
Exchange Palace Budapest
The Canadian Tippin Corporation is the current owner of the Exchange Palace on Szabadság tér. The listed building, built in 1905, which for a time was home to the Hungarian Television, was designed in Beaux-Arts style. The world-renowned architecture firm Beyer Blinder Belle (www.beyerblinderbelle.com) is responsible for the renovation plans that will restore the building to its original splendor. The converted Palace will feature 35.000 sq m state of the art office and retail space, with the aim to grow into a number one business spot in Budapest. Tippin Corporation has invested € 100 million into the project that also includes the 800 space “Lipót” underground parking garage, a 2006 acquisition situated next to the building.
Péter Németh and Bálint Botos are engaged with the project as Development Manager and Investment Manager, respectively.
Humboldt
The 17.000 sq m listed building built in 1926 in Prenzlauer-Berg, Berlin was originally constructed as a transformation station. As Development Manager at Tippin Corporation, Péter Németh was responsible for the project from the planning phase to delivery and rental’s fit-out up until a successful exit.
